As an example for, the last year PTH has provided a bespoke Polish based recruitment campaign on behalf of Stagecoach Group. We have provided over 250 drivers for locations where they had specific shortages, in particular Scotland, North West UK, Gloucestershire and Cambridgeshire. We are also recruiting skilled Heavy vehicle mechanics for Bedfordshire, Gloucestershire, South Wales, Devon, Hampshire and Scotland.
Obviously some detail will change from Company to Company. However we feel the above
procedure has helped identify and recruit very good quality employees. Our procedures
are designed to ensure most wastage in the process is at the Polish end. Indeed, less
than 3% of the staff we have provided in the UK have failed to settle.This low figure is
most important when delivering a high profile service, and minimizes hidden extra costs not
always recognizable in the upfront recruitment costs.
